Oak Savannah Trail
This paved multi-use path starts at Oak Ridge Prairie County Park in Griffith. Bicyclists find this 9.5 mile trail. a favorite place to bike, because it is generally flat and has over and underpasses for the major highways.
The trail is surrounded by mature oak trees, making for a beautiful fall bike ride.
If you are ready for an even longer bike ride, the trail connects to the Prairie Duneland Trail and the Erie Lackawanna
