Some are festivals that center around harvest and the symbols of fall - the pumpkins, the corn mazes, the apples, the sunflowers; while others are favorite festivals that annually take place in the fall. 3 Dune Challenge - a Scenic Trail with a Birds Eye View
Climb the three tallest dunes in the Indiana Dunes State Park, and your reward will be a breathtaking view!
This 1.5-mile trail is the toughest in the park, with 552 vertical feet. At this height you get a birds eye view, feeling like you are on top of the world.
Take the challenge at your speed. Choose whether to go all out to complete the challenge in the fastest time you can, or take your time to absorb the extraordinary views available.
