Two theatres that are doing regular shows currently, with social distancing measures, are Blue Gate Theatre in Shipshewana and the Round Barn Theatre at The Barns at Nappanee.  Many of the other theatres listed below  have shows scheduled in the future.  So be sure to keep checking their websites!
